Our fully equipped testing facilities have testing tools and simulators which are ideal for testing various types of IOTs, Electronic circuit boards (RF also) , power supply units etc . Both the hardware and software layers are tested for Reliability, Compatibility, Scalability, and Data Integrity and for encryption and security. A test strategy is discussed with the customer before the tests are undertaken.

No single technology and testing procedures can effectively address the wide range of applications, environments, and requirements that will make up an ideal IoT. Testing and calibrating them are crucial for its effectiveness to report back collected data to the core.

Even though from a broad perspective one can say that coverage and battery runtimes are the most crucial, one needs to break it down to different sub-sections.

Our comprehensive suite of testing and measurement tools with collaboration from our global project team drives down costs, shortens release cycles, and provides real-time visibility into the status and quality of the IoT projects.
On the wireless connectivity side, we make sure your product meets the latest wireless standards.
Our testing includes an assessment of the wireless protocols used for local device communication, such as ZigBee, 6LoWPAN, Wifi, LTE, LORAN and Bluetooth LE, to ensure proper implementation and security.

On the electrical side, we make sure that the unit conserves battery life by design. This includes device characterization tips and measurement of batteries and power supplies.

Some of the tests we will conduct are:

  • Conduct Mobile CDMA and LTE cabled Interoperability Testing (IoT) with various Mobile Stations, terminals to validate software, hardware and performance with CDMA and LTE infrastructure.
  • Test Plan and Test Cases development, test execution, analysis and debugging during interoperability testing of CDMA terminals with customer’s infrastructure.
  • Document IOT test reports and problem reports for issues identified during testing.
  • Provide recommendations for improvements and resolution of ambiguous areas to the IOT group.
  • Contribute to the development of documentation related to testing, ISO 17025 and implementation of standards Debug and support customer testing activities (e.g. field issues, commercial issues).
  • Interface with the terminal vendors in professional manner.
  • Work in a cross-functional team environment with moderate interaction with other test engineers, software developers, and systems engineers.
  • Test and document suggestions to Maximize Machine-to-Machine Battery Life
  • Trouble shooting Interference of Things and security – Our engineers will conduct an in-depth security assessment to identify physical and logical security threats to the embedded system, such as local controllers/gateways, and determine risk at the device level of an Internet of Things ecosystem to help your organization establish appropriate mitigations.

On the field installation or production sites, Base Stations installations are verified and aligned for proper RF and signaling performance. Antenna systems are aligned to optimize performance and reliability.

Test results enable manufacturers to develop, test and repair devices to comply with the latest standards. Service providers can plan optimize and benchmark entire networks through the use of these results.

Our dashboard interface allows you to manage your pool of connectivity-enabled devices and its data usage. The Channels are pre-built, secure connections from the IOT devices straight through to the cloud.
